Our way
We have chosen not to enter a provider-client relationship at all. Instead, we work on partnership basis only. In a transaction, there is rarely a situation when parties bring no value to the table, are not equal: everybody there has something the other party is keen to have access to or share. Well structured financial transaction is then a result of the complex teamwork, and the idea behind our firm is that of an efficient facilitator who takes the parties into the situation and fine-tunes both the necessary resources and the process.
