Based on extensive network in the global private equity community, our competence involves assistance in the structuring of various types of growth capital and financing for recapitalizations, leveraged buyouts and pre-bankruptcy acquisitions. We do help large and medium-size GPs in managing their dealflow, we have also assisted a large fund of funds in their evaluation of GPs. We developed our own benchmarks for private equity industry, consequences are at times staggering even when working with otherwise cherished teams. What we do for GPs often results in significant modifications of the portfolio.
